1st Friday Fall Photo Walks
Join professional photographer, Daniel Perales for a Fall Photo Walk at the Garden on the first Friday of the month. Capture the vibrant colors of the season and explore in this fun and dynamic workshop focused on telling the story of the visit. Learn basic and advance techniques including composition, controlling light, conveying emotion, eliminating distractions, and focusing on what each image communicates.
Bring your camera (or camera phone), walking shoes, and your creativity.
Bonus: Bring a picnic lunch and join the group after the walk for a photo critique and discussion. See what others saw and get feedback on your photos from the walk.

About the Instructor
Daniel Perales is an award-winning artist, visual journalist, and commercial photographer driven to celebrate the world through images that create emotions. Daniel reveals the natural essences of his subjects, documenting genuine experiences with an artistic sensitivity and style.
Over the course of a 20-year career Daniel has worked with international architectural firms, major cultural institutions, performance companies, human service organizations, and scientific leaders. He is also an instructor, commissioned artist, and committed to creating a social conscience through his work.
